RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return and Exchange Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Heaven Leathers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products, ensuring peace of mind for our clients with options for a full refund or exchange.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact us when decide to return or exchange. Once customer’s return or exchange request approved, we will send our warehouse address.

Processing Times

Upon receiving your return or refund request, we aim to respond within 72 hours. Exchange orders are processed promptly and typically delivered within 15 business days. Refunds are processed in 7 business days, and you will receive an email confirmation upon acceptance of your return.

Conditions for Return or Refund

Customers are eligible for a return or refund in the following situations:

  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • The shipping time for return & exchange must NOT exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  • When returning & exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  • When it comes to exchange , customers will need to take over the exchange shipping fee( Shipping fee will depend on the area of the address)  Under the following circumstances.
  • Customer ordered the wrong size.
  • Customer doesn’t like the item in person.

Damaged Items
          If you receive a damaged or defective product , please notify us immediately for assistance. 
Exclusions
          Certain personalised or customised products may not be eligible for return or refund.

Product Terms & Conditions 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in resalable condition, unworn, undamaged, and free of wrinkles.

Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are eligible for adjustments but not for refunds.
  • Initial adjustments for custom orders are complimentary.

How to Return 

  • Please contact customer service & email us at ( heavenleathers707@gmail.com ) indicating item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) securely with the original packaging.

Measurement and Fit

Ensure accurate measurements when placing a custom order to avoid sizing inaccuracies. Initial modifications due to sizing issues are free, but shipping costs may apply.
